Due to a delay in receiving stock from Hazel in Hong Kong, and a back long of orders, we are now closed for Xmas, we will reopen in the new year, if you have place and order and am currently waiting, we will be shipping as soon as we receive the required stock. Apologies for any delay caused.

ROYAL MAIL STRIKE

as we use royal mail for most of our deliveries there is a strike over here in the UK so we’ll be experiencing delays. we are looking at alternative curiors but in the interest of keeping prices down we feel Royal Mail is still currently the best option.

If you made an order in August/ September which contains any of our 2009 items, we apologies for the delay, delivery from Hazel in HK is currently underway so it should only be a few more weeks, in the mean time, you will be receive a small package of items for us shortly. We apologise for the delay in dispatching your items, and new processes have been put in place to ensure these challanges don’t occur in the future.

Shipping Cost Lowered

Hi All,

we’ve now lowered our shipping costs so that the maximum on shipping will be £3 for orders over £40.

we have to charge shipping at this time due to the margins avalible, however with the imminent release of far more affordable products and new ranges we will see this cost and the price of products lower signficantly, meaning you will be able to order the same high quality range at fantastic prices, there isn’t however any time line as to when this will happen and for what products this will be rolled out on.
