Delivery and Payment Information
Minifig shop is a small outfit, we don’t benefit from the shipping and payment solutions larger outfits are able to sustain.
currently our standard rates are approximately:
£2 postage to the UK
£5 international
These are measured on a table and determined by the size of the order.
Additional fees that may be incurred will be invoiced be for packages are dispatched.
(in some instances where the order is larger we may contact you to arrange further payment for more costly shipping options)
We are currently unable to support any tracked shipping. (this will hopefully change as the store develops)
All our products are shipped in plastic bags within padded envelopes
We currently don’t have any refund policy in place
We are not responsible for any undelivered packages, although every effort is made to ensure you receive your items
We will not dispatch your items until we receive payment in full
we will not disclose any personal or financial information you provide

Yes, we can ship internationally, from the UK so not a problem shipping to Norway.

Sweet, I can’t wait to make my first purchase. Your check out seems a bit confusing, but I will go through that once I order. How long does it take though to make the items. You have already made? Or do you make on request. I plan on ordering a lot. Probably a good 50 pieces or so, at least.
Hello i’m Zander White i live in the U.S are you able to make “gears of war”figures that are decked out with the symbols,decals,and armour?
Because the comments page is closed, I decided this is just as good. I’m not criticizing though. Do you know when your next shipment of headgear will come in? And weapons? Also, do you have any other products besides Gears of War 2? Because if so, I can’t seem to get to it.

unfortunately not, we can potentially produce the decals but the minifigs are too costly.
we’ll be getting new products and stock soon enough, they are currently in production.
how do you make those accesories
Is there any way to get the lego minifigures up at the top of any page? Because those are pretty cool. Do you have Halo or Call of Duty armor then? Thank you.

it can take up to 1 month depending on location and if i’ve got work, i sort the orders on weekends so this is very much a one man band

Hi, I was wondering, do you now have a returns policy? I wanted to make an order, and wanted to know if there was a return policy in the event that I was sent the wrong goods, please let me know as soon as possible.

returns policy -
if the wrong items are sent, send us a photo of the unopened packet as well as a list of items, send the packet back to us and we’ll send the correct items. In case of any damages, send a photo of the unopened packet, once the packet is opened we are not able to give refunds or accept returns.
